Well asked 3 times for more sauce and only got 2 mini strips on it. Bottom line: a dry sandwich. Then you can invest the β¬ 8 better. Wouldn't recommend this subway to anyone.

Totally friendly I come from Leichlingen and always prefer the subway. I would prefer 0 stars. As a woman, you are only seen as a second class person (if at all) in this restaurant, at least it reflects the behavior of the '' manager ''. So all employees strictly adhere to the necessary hygiene measures. Funny my family and I have had completely different experiences with them. if they are as professional as you claim to be, then you must know this is no-go! For data protection reasons it is forbidden to mention names. Instead of managing directors, I would take legal action against it. This is what Google ratings are for, after all, the companies should be rated and not the people.
I am really excited. I really liked the fact that you can now also eat very healthy at Sub. I thought the vegetarian menu was fantastic. I found the service extremely nice and accommodating, especially with my complicated order. My questions were answered with patience and calm. In addition, when it comes to hygiene, the shop was spotless. Especially in these crazy times, I found it very comforting that the rules were explained to me nicely and clearly. Super friendly employees (or shift leaders) in a black polo. The quality of the prepared sandwiches is consistently very good. Modern and clean subway restaurant, in which the current hygiene regulations are also well implemented. The best subway I know.
Finally a subway again, where the employees understand their job and want to conjure up great sandwiches! The sandwiches are still filled according to the classic standard and there is no sparing of ingredients, as in the other shops. The two employees (unfortunately don't know the names, worked at noon on August 30th, 2020) are very attentive, nice, work cleanly, don't squeeze the sandwiches and serve you with a smile, you can also see through the mask βΊοΈ Keep it up!
I downloaded the Subway App, which is also advertised on the screens in this branch, only to find out that the owner unfortunately does not accept the offers from this app. Specifically, it was about a whole sub for β¬ 4.99. Quote: "Unfortunately I can't do that" When I asked whether he could at least scan the QR code in the app for the bonus points, it was at least "yes". When the subs were finished later and I went to pay and a few seconds after I gave him the cash, I wanted to show him the mobile phone with the QR code, he said he couldn't give me the bonus points anymore, because I would have have to speak to him before paying (which I did long ago, so not my fault). He was then told by his employee that he had to cancel. His last statement to me then was that he had to cancel it, which he ultimately was not willing to do. Customer service is zero. Was there today for the last time! No recommendation.
